You must make reservations at each night's accommodations separately from registering for the event. September 8th we'll be staying at a Day's Inn in Greenfield MA.. September 9th, we camp at Abel Mountain Campground in Braintree, VT. They do have a trailer rental that can sleep up to 8, but please check availability if you want to do that instead of tents. September 10th, we stay at the Stateside Hotel at Jay Peak, VT.
The route info is available via Dropbox. Inside you'll find the GPX file containing both routes and tracks for each day, along with major waypoints. Each day has a scheduled departure time, lunch spot, fuel stops. If you have a modern (< 5 years old) GPS, you should see your next waypoint as the next stop. Although there are many more shaping points for the route.
This is a dirt road ride. All the roads are public roads, so don't expect any single track. It is possible some areas have some washout causing ruts in the road. Especially in Vermont, you ride through some great farm roads and on day 3, early in the ride (<10 minutes) is a great ridge on which to stop and get photos.
The campground for day 2 is a beautiful one right on a river. It's an amazing part of Vermont, please be cordial with the owners as we've been going for about 5 years now.
